Yes. The Foundation proposes to establish a World-Class Private University in BTC, Assam, in accordance with the Assam Private Universities Act, 2007, subject to statutory approvals from the competent authorities.

The proposal is currently at the planning and approval stage. Establishment of the Private University will proceed only after obtaining all required statutory approvals from the Government of Assam and relevant authorities.
