HMA GLOBAL FOUNDATION is a Section 8 Non-Government Company established with the objective of advancing education, skill development, healthcare education, and community welfare through sustainable, not-for-profit institutional models. The Foundation operates in the spirit of an educational and charitable trust, with a strong emphasis on long-term social impact, academic excellence, and regional development.

The Foundation is envisioned as a future-ready, multi-institutional development organization, committed to building an integrated ecosystem of schools, colleges, professional institutions, and a proposed private university, supported by modern skill development centres, innovation hubs, healthcare and paramedical institutions, sports excellence facilities, hospitality training, and geriatric care infrastructure.

Our Presence & Focus Region

HMA GLOBAL FOUNDATION is focused on establishing its institutional footprint within the Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC), Assam, contributing meaningfully to the region’s educational, economic, and social development. The Foundation seeks to align its initiatives with the development priorities of the Government of BTC and the Government of Assam, particularly in the areas of higher education, employment generation, healthcare capacity building, and inclusive growth.

Legacy & Institutional Strength

As part of its foundational strategy, HMA GLOBAL FOUNDATION has acquired the 15-year-old registered trust, Hazi Mafizuddin Ahmed Educational Trust, along with its existing educational institutions, land, and infrastructure. All institutions, assets, and properties of the acquired trust are being transitioned under the banner of HMA GLOBAL FOUNDATION, with legal transfer processes already initiated.

This acquisition provides the Foundation with a strong academic base, operational experience, and physical infrastructure, enabling a smooth transition towards the development of advanced educational institutions and the proposed private university.

All surplus generated from its activities is reinvested into institutional development, infrastructure enhancement, academic quality improvement, and community-focused initiatives, in strict compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and statutory guidelines.

Looking Ahead

The Foundation’s immediate flagship initiative is the establishment of a World-Class Private University in BTC, Assam, in accordance with the Assam Private Universities Act, 2007, subject to statutory approvals. Over time, HMA GLOBAL FOUNDATION aims to emerge as a leading knowledge and development institution contributing to education, innovation, healthcare excellence, and sustainable community development in the region and beyond.
